Cancellation/Reschedule Policy Q & A   

What happens if you don't show up or need to reschedule

   1.   Q: Why can't you refund me if I don't show up or change my mind?

          A: We have a limited number of seats in our classes.  When a seat is reserved no one else can  book it, thus depriving potential students the opportunity of getting their CWP on that day.  You can "gift" your seat to another, collecting your "refund" from them.  

WE MUST BE NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE TO ASSURE THE NEW ATTENDEE HAS INFO NEEDED FOR THE CLASS

  2.   Q:  Can I reschedule before the class starts?  

          A: Our cut off time for signups/cancellations is ONE (1) week. You can reschedule in a future class. 

  3.   Q: What if I miss the class, can I come in at a later date?     

          A: You can reschedule if a seat is available in the next class.
